Char-Griller® Portable Pro™ Portable Charcoal Grill and Side Fire Box

This little guy is awesome! As promised, it mounted easily and flawlessly to the side of my full-size Chargriller for use as a smoker or as a smaller grilling surface for small quantity grilling. Instructions for mounting on your existing grill or preparing it as a standalone grill are clear and easily followed. All the hardware for assembly is in the box, neatly packaged and labeled. Handles, legs, vent covers and grills are included for attachment to the unit. I love this product and, since it's priced so reasonably, I'm about to buy another one for traveling with as a standalone.

this is a nicely heavy duty grill at a great price, for my apartment patio use ... the pull-put drawer which holds the coals is very handy to use and fill/empty/clean-up .... ingenious, and highly-recommended by me ! a great value that should last a long time

While I haven't opened the box yet, I could tell it's a quality product from its weight. I specifically ordered a charcoal smoker grill with cast iron grates b/c I prefer how it cooks/sears meat, and how it holds up over time compared to conventional steel wire grills.

You will love this grill!!!!!! This is my second time purchasing this grill. the first one was stolen from my backyard after 4 years of use. this grill is great. you do not need a lot of charcoal in it to cook it holds the heat in it. you can cook with charcoal or regular wood. or you can use it as a little fire pit if you live in a city! the cooking grids are non-stick. the grill is very tough. it will stand up to any kind of cooking you do with it!! I love this grill!!!!!

Bought this on a whim, we have a blackstone but wanted that fire taste. This did not disappoint. Best burgers we've had in so long. I do wish it was on a stand but that would have made it more expensive and we live in a townhouse so we really don't have the room for two grills. For the price and the sturdiness and the result I'm very pleased. It is only day one so take that for what it's worth. Pretty sure I'm going to be getting my lady grilling on all week!

I really like this smoker but unfortunately I also bought a grill to put this on but that part of my order was canceled , so now I have an incomplete smoker grill

Very well built , the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the grill lid is not plum with rest of the grill, needed to be centered better, still works great. The cast iron grates and easy pull out ash drawer makes it very easy to clean and use.

I hate to give this grill a three star review, but it came with no grill lifter or grates. I contacted the manufacturer. Also, the paint cracked off the side handles when I tightened the bolts. And no, I didn't overtighten them. One last thing, my charcoal drawer was badly warped and wouldn't close properly. I had to bend it out. I also had to bend the legs, too, as they didn't sit level. I'm disappointed in the quality control on my unit. I had my previous fire box/table top grill since 2016 and I wore it out. I picked this one up and have nothing but problems. I expect better from Char Griller. This is not made nearly as well as my old one.

When I received this item, I heard what sounds like small bolts rolling around inside the box. The box was completely sealed, though. When I opened the box, I saw there were a few screws rolling around inside the barrel. I removed the entire barrel and in the bottom of the box were several screws or bolts and nuts. One side, the side that is supposed to be attached was completely off. I looked at the instructions to make sure I wasn't missing something and saw that it definitely wasn't supposed to be off at all! So basically, I had to totally assemble this thing. Not the best experience and would not recommend.
