It's nice to find simple, vegan, beneficial, food-based supplements. Many of us are leery of all the supplements and panaceas marketed to us these days, not knowing if the product really ameliorates an issue or if it's just another way to separate us from our money. I like that this is based on whole foods/herbs and doesn't have anything questionable in it. Compare it to other turmeric supplements, and you'll see this has a higher amount than is usually found. Turmeric and piperine (black pepper alkaloid) complement each other, so having these two together in this formula is crucial. The ginger is a great addition, as it's good for inflammation, digestion, mood, and combats nausea. My feet, especially heels, ache a lot after walking, exercising, or doing yard work, and this formula noticeably reduces that inflammation - something I wasn't expecting! I apparently need higher doses of turmeric and piperine, and this formula has it in one serving. When I ache, I can take this and get relief within the hour. I like that this can be done without chemicals, artificial additives, or cruelly derived animal ingredients.

These are pretty big capsules but I'd rather swallow a capsule thank drink a powder in a liquid. This is new for me so I'm basing my judgment on the size and quality, when reading ingredients and instructions. Let's hope they work as well as I think they will.

I've been taking Cognitune Turmeric Curcumin capsules for 8 days now. Normally I would try something like these for a month before I'd say anything about the results I was having. This supplement started working for me after 4 days of taking them! My hands always hurt bad from riding my bicycle so many miles each week. I hate taking anti-flamatory drugs. I will honestly say this is the first supplement I've taken that has actually worked for me. I've reviewed and tested a lot of products and this one item has been the most valuable to me! I hope they can work for you as they do for me. The capsules are easy to swallow and one serving is two capsules. I will continue to purchase these Cognitune Turmeric Curcumin capsules as they are definitely helping me.

This product has good ingredients considering the price. Most turmeric curcumin supplements are not organic and have just one ingredient. This one also has a greater amount of those ingredients, too and it includes things like ginger and bioperine (think pepper) that help the absorption of the product. Look at the ingredients on this bottle and others carefully and you will see the difference. Overall, it is a better value than other products I have seen in this website.

You are better off health and money wise just using fresh ginger and turmeric. Not to mention the fact that Walmart ripped me off. Unauthorized auto ship and no refund for their mistake.
