Worth it.

OliviaO May 5, 2020

I recommend using this following color oops extra strength. it really does help to o lighten your hair, but may require more than 1 or 2 boxes depending upon how thick your hair is and how dark it is. picture enclosed is after using Color Oops Extra Strength (3 boxes) and Bleach (2 boxes). The other picture is how dark my hair used to be.

I have used a lot of different brands to bleach my hair and they all left my hair feeling awful but this one not only bleached super well but also helped keep my hair conditioned. I went from really dark blue (like borderline black) to a light sky blue in one go. Perfect product would recommend.

love this product. it lightens my hair slowly but surely. am using product again because of of the 1st time i used it. does not fry my hair, very gentle. i went from dark brown/blavk hair. to a lighter dark brown color. i am using this product again just to see how much lighter i can go. but so recommend this product to anyone who wants to go from natural dark hair to lighter hair. just except to ho go blonde hair right away.

Does exactly what it says!

Cassandra March 3, 2023

So this worked exactly as it said it would. It’s not a platinum total bleaching product nor do you need to expect fabulous salons quality. It does what it says it lightens several levels! Plus the conditioning product that comes with it is good! My hair is soft and not dry at all!

Works well

B January 16, 2024

I have very dark hair, this is the only box bleach I will buy as it really does minimize the damage to my hair. I've been using this for almost 3 years whenever I decide to dye my hair purple, blue or whenever color I'm feeling. I used to do hair for a living and usually wouldn't recommend any boxed products but this one is okay if you're a beginner and don't wanna mess with devloper and everything else. just make sure if you need to do 2 treatments like I do, wait a minimum of 2 weeks in between. If you plan to dye it and want the color to stick, wait a minimum of 9 days. Definitely not bad and the only box bleach kit I will buy.

Unsatisfied the bleach powder wasn't included

GrabansGirl April 2, 2021

Doesn't come with everything you need. It shows in directions adding a packet of beach powder but it wasn't included

GOOD but...I prefer regular color oops in extra

Bebygirl January 30, 2021

I believe this formula is a lot like a bleach bath, since I only had one, I used both together and it worked pretty well for getting out black cherry hair dye, but I did need to do another bleach bath in order to get it light enough to dye it light brown. I wouldn’t buy it again, I feel color oops extra strength does a quicker and more effective job of removing hard dyes without the drying effects.

Not a good product.

Katie November 17, 2021

This product did not do what I was expecting. It did not lift the levels it said it would and just was not a good product. I have dark hair and this did almost no lifting on my grown in roots that have no dye product on them. I had a very low lift after the 45 minute limit.

GARBAGE

Ashton August 18, 2021

This “bleach “ is not actually bleach I don’t know what it is. Didn’t lift hair one level let alone 2-3 and caused a painful chemical burn all over my scalp with sores and all and made my hair completely fall out on one side. This is absolute garbage just order some real bleach at amazon or Sally’s. The only thing this works for is chemical burns and hair loss

If I could give it a zero rating, I would. I have tried all different kind of bleaches and this is by the far the worst one. It turned my roots a blondeish color, but that was it! The rest of my hair lightened just a tad. I also wasnt going for a straight blonde. I just wanted to lighten it to dye it another color. Waste of money this was!!
