My husband says that this is when real life begins over 40 years work and military time. A comfortable seat and a cold drink, but seat wasn't to good but it is now. I got messaging seat it works on his back his neck it even messages your bottom and its all heated too! He's loving it!!! I'm happy and he's happy! He says best gift.

Very comfortable. The modes %26 heat feel real good. I like that it massages in 30 minute intervals. I have a very bad back, and this helps with the pain. Also helps with circulation down your legs, which is nice.It isn't very loud, and it can be used practically anywhere. 🙂

Really nice massage cushion with a lot of options of vibration. Offers heat as well. Easy to place onto chair and very relaxing. I am 5'2" and it seemed to hit in all areas of my back easily. I highly recommend this cushion. My back feels better and muscles do not seem as tight.

So I have low back problems.And when the low back massage is on, it's extremely loud. Much louder than the other ones. The noise is very irritating. I was wondering if we should replace the unit.Because maybe there's something wrong with that one massage piece a n d why it's so load

it is irritating that it randomly shuts itself off. What they are calling massage is a vibrator. I had to turn it upside down bc the bottom vibrates better than the top. You know how the purpose of vibrating is to increase blood flow? And the way you know it is effective is the tingling in the muscles? Well, i had to restart it 4 times! when you dont feel good, thats aggravating! Its not hot enough. The lumps that hold the vibrators are to close and i am forced to lay on them. When your joints and muscles hurt its awful to be forced on the vibrators. it feels like torture.

The seat cushion back massager with heat I ordered for my husband stopped working after two weeks of use. It was easy to use but unfortunately it does not work any more. First seat heating quit working. The remote quit responding to any key presses. Intensity LED was only turn on. The power button doesn't work either. Lower back motors were very loud from the beginning. We were very excited about this massage seat when it was delivered. My husband had big hope the seat will relax his back and neck but unfortunately it stopped working.

If you end up purchasing, I HIGHLY recommend getting the extended warranty.. this is my third one so far in just under 16mos. Seems to be a weakness in the seat/power connection which obviously is need to be stronger chiefly when on a vehicle seat where you are getting in and out of frequently. When the massager is working as intended, the functions are amazing, especially the heat function in the winter time! That heats up faster then my truck LOL!!!

I’m confused does this not come with a power cord? This is my second purchase that I received and I’m gonna have to return this one as well and I sent an email and nobody replied.

tried to get in contact with someone with the company to let them know that i did not get a house plug and/or auto plug to use my product. evevyrime i have tried calling would get sent to voice mail and then get a message that says voice mail if full
