It's very soft. It has 3 heating modes, not 6 as shown in the picture. Only Low, Medium and High. It heats up pretty quickly. There's an automatic shut-off function after two hours. I use it to relieve pain in my hip and back. I think it does the job!

I really like that you don't have plastic over heating coils to deal with. It is so much more comfortable than one where you have to always straighten and flatten heating element.

This heating pad gets hot which eases muscle aches and pains. The cord is long enough to reach easily. The auto cut off gives me the ease of mind that I won't leave it plugged in and on while I'm away.

I bought this for my husband's feet, put it at the bottom of our bed for him to warm his icy cold feet some place that's not my legs. It works great! Game changer!

I love this heating pad. All 3 levels I feel are fairly spaced out heating wise. I use this for painful cramps, and the soothing heat really helps a lot.

Warms up quickly the settings are good.

This is a wonderful heating pad for the money. I had used Sunbeam products prior as this is what we used in the 70's....ha! The Sunbeam heating pads were never large enough, got hard and started to crinkle up, making them difficult to use. I saw this heating pad as part of the special deals, thought I would try it and am very satisfied. The heating pad is extremely large, soft (velvet like material), making it easy to wrap around your leg, shoulders, back. I gave it 4 stars as it does seem to become a bit hot when not in the lowest setting and the automatic timer doesn't seem to work. Overall, a great value!

The heating pad is useful, but i truly wish it got hotter. It gets warm enough to maybe help sooth menstrual cramps but to help with any kind of relief from pulled muscles, stiff neck, or to use to help warm you up. I would suggest a bigger pad.

it does not get hot enough at the top level and the low levels barley have heat it seems..I'll stay with the sunbeam brand next time was trying to be cheap.
