ROLL-GUARD A-Frame Safety Ladder

I absolutely love this ladder. The sliding up and down part is a little tough to move but it honestly assures me that my kids cant move it! It comes with a lock for extra security, and I love that the platform on top is big enough to actually stand on comfortably!

Love it and it's pretty sturdy for the make. A little difficult popping everything in place to put together but honestly not too bad. 👍🏻

I LOVE the safety feature. Now i dont have to worry about my grandson going outside and getting in when an adult is not out there

The product is actually fine. The shipping was delayed twice and took about two weeks from time of order. I think I will stick with Amazon for more reliable shipping.

The assembly was hard! Make sure u have at least two people. U will have to drill holes and some of the parts that are supposed to snap into each other like puzzle pieces convince you that it's all wrong. It looks decent on an above ground pool but more made for one with the wide edges.(ours is a Coleman 18 ft round by 48in deep above ground. Looks a little too tall since ours don't have the wide edges but instead poles, you can't connect the side of the ladder to the pool. It's fairly shaky as well. Even with water in the legs.

From the very start, it was very difficult to get the unit to stay together. Nothing fit where it was supposed to. Awful experience. I used a whole lot of screws to just make it work because we needed something. I thought about disassembling it and trying to fit it back into the box. Unfortunately, I don't think I'd be able to carry it out myself so instead, I sat there for approximately four hours. Trying to literally just make it work. Do not buy this. I want my money back. I tried to contact the company directly with no response. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from them ever again. After reading some of the reviews, I was not the only one that had this problem. Please stop selling this item. I have attached a couple photos. There is more, not worth my time.

its flimsy the bars that go on the sides of it that screw in to the pool are to wide unless u screw it in to ur plactic mounts to the poles on the pool or off set it which would make the appearance of it on the pool look funny an i wouldnt be able to mount my lights beside it then
