Cook With Color Foldable Digital Kitchen Scale – Essential Tool for Precision Weighing

I just wanted a small, uncomplicated scale for meal prepping. This fits the bill. It's small, but when the arms are extended, it's very stable. When folded up, it's compact enough to just leave on the counter. It's accurate in as far as I can tell. My old eyes would like a larger read-out display, but my reading glasses fixed that minor issue. I recommend this uncomplicated little scale.
