This thing is AMAZING! Seriously, its the simplest thing too. once you figure out how to turn it on for the first time its simple. Takes right off and zooms through the water and gets everything! I was skeptical but its the BEST! Dont hesitate, buy this now!

I love this product. Pretty easy would have loved if it had a light to let me know. That it's on, but all around is great. One push of a button. Let it sink in and it turns right on. It's pretty fast. I do have an above ground pool and there are a few wrinkles at the end of the pool. Or the bottom out of the pool and sometimes it gets a little stuck.It's not the items falt. But overall ten of ten It picks up very well leaves dirt sand and tiny rocks very well.

I have some ripples in my above ground pool the one with the blue ring but as long as they aren’t huge this baby can go back and forth over them. First time pool install so i do have 2 larger ripples I scoot it along if it’s stuck keeps going! I love it. Easy to clean, one rinse inside the lid and the filter and no other investment but charging! The claw uses the same pole as a hand skimmer

My brand new toy for my pool does such a great job. I was shocked to see the dirt that came out of the bottom of the pool. I named it, the the Kraken!!!

We have a flat 22ft above ground pool and this thing barely moved an inch either way and did not appear to pick anything up

The first time I use this product, it turned on and ran a short cycle. I followed all of these steps in the instruction booklet, but the second time I went to use it would only travel a foot and a half and stop. When I contacted the company regarding warranty, I was told that they will not warranty it unless it was purchased from Amazon. They said the Walmart seller is a third-party and they will not warranty these products. Save your time and money and purchase a different brand.

it seems to go at first and then just stops for no reason. we have a circle pool and switched the wheels to cirlce pool and charged it all the way up and it just sits in one spot! i think it gets to heavy with water to move or somwthing. i can take a video if you would like!

It would not move on the of the pool. When I put it in the water wherever it landed, that’s where it stayed the whole time. Left it in for two hours. When I pulled it out, there was only 4 blades of grass in it. I would highly recommend you not waste your money.

The one I received did not work, it would turn on make some noise and then when I would put it in the pool as instructed it would move back and forth twice then just sit there no movement at all.. after resetting it and turning it off and on multiple times and charging it for a full day to see if it was the battery that was low it still did not work so I went ahead and return it. Would not recommend nor would I buy again. And when it came down to finding a solution online for it in hopes it was just a part that needed changing I found that many people had the same issue with no solution found. *In the picture shown the device would blow air from either side to move so it had moved the stuff from the bottom with the small motion it did do

I am not happy with this robot that I purchased! It came with a missing part and the only way I could use it was to take parts off of my old robot and put them on the new one. Even after doing that, it still doesn’t do a good job. It’s supposed to run about 80 minutes and I’m lucky if I get it to run 10 minutes I would appreciate you sending me a new robot with all the parts included and hopefully I might be able to get that one to work. I took pictures right away of the parts that were missing and thank goodness because I already had a robot exactly like it. I could take the parts off of that one but it’s a hassle to have to do that. I appreciate anything you can do for me. I have been a Walmart customer of yours for many many years and have spent thousands of dollars with your company. I would appreciate you doing the right thing and sending me a new one thank you so much.
