I purchased this pool vacuum because of the track like wheels. The bottom of my pool is very uneven and dimpled. It does a wonderful job of vacuuming the pool and never gets stuck on any of the bumps or dimples. This vacuum climbs the walls and runs for about two hours. It takes about four hours to charge and it’s easy to clean out.

I totally love this Robotic Pool Cleaner. Super fast charge in 3hrs. After charge I placed in the pool and let it do it magic. I watched it doing it thing and let me tell you it was awesome. It run for almost 2hrs and before the battery died it parked itself near my pool steps. Pulled it from the pool, let water drain as I checked out the pool, to my shock looked great. I open the filter door to clean filter and boy another pleasant surprise, it had sand, dirt, and debris from the sides and bottom. Like I said earlier I am pleased and love this product. best little vacuum for my small pool I love it.

I've only had the bot for a month. so far, it does a great job. Even climbs the walls of my above ground pool. I just have to remember to put the bot into the water with the clean basket toward the wall and let it set on top the water while I turn it on. This way it doesn't get confused once it starts its own cycle. plus it stops where it started. The charge time is around 5 hours. The clean cycle is 2 hours. it cleans my 24x12x4.5ft pool in less yhan two hours.

This thing is amazing to watch! It is preset to clean the walls first then the bottom of the pool. When you start it up, within about thirty seconds it starts off heading towards a pool wall and climbs all the way up to the top of the water line! After scrubbing there for a short moment, it climbs back down, redirects to another spot and climbs up again. The only problem is that it doesn't clean well! After it passes over a spot, there's usually residue or some debris left in its wake. This is very easy to use and emptying the basket is a breeze. Charging it is straightforward and lasts about two hours but if it doesn't do the job cleaning, then it's an expensive toy. As you can see in the pictures immediately after it's finished a cycle, it stops on the pool floor at a wall so one can retrieve it with the included hook which attaches to your own pole (purchased separately.) I've tried to show the debris left behind afterwards in the other photos.

I have a previous model of this unit. They added a foam filter which does little for picking small debris. Having buyers remorse.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Does not have any suction. I have tried to contact customer service and have had no response for 4 weeks. $400 spent money wasted. I have owned several pool cleaners and this is the WORST. Buy and Aiper that at least will pick up the debris then you just hope the battery lasts a year.
