This is like bread flour and I love it. Best ever.
Best flour for sourdough bread, and of course, fry bread. It has same protein content as bread flour. I get this Brand because I like the flour sack it arrives in, very old school. But the bag is the bonus. Star of the show is the amazing flour. Always freeze any flour you buy to kill off any potential eggs that might exist. I keep my flours in the freezer.

Using the correct flour makes all the difference in the world for your baked goods. Only Blue Bird flour makes a good loaf of bread.
