Years ago, I had a friend who to this day bakes the best chocolate chip cookies. They are nice and soft inside, but have just the right firmness outside without being too hard. I ask her for a recipe she says you're not gonna like it, but I do the original recipe where I use crisco instead of butter or margarine. The margarine keeps the cookies too soft all over or they bake too hard on the outside. The crisco package like this is so easy to get the correct measurement. Always remember to remove your cookies from the cookie sheet. If you leave them on the cookie sheet, they continue to cook..
I highly recommend this Crisco All- Vegetable Shortening Sticks. Baking game changer, this sticks really upped my baking! The sticks form is so much easier to measure than scooping from a tub , no mess no fuss. Great for baking pie crust, flaky, cakes and cookies soft and frosting fluffy, also good for baking and frying, also available in butter flavor!
I thought the Velcro was thinner fabric than I usually get. However it sewed up very nicely. I used it to make a pillowcase closure. It had strength for what I needed. I am overall happy with my purchase. The Crisco is very dependable for making pies. I love it over everything else so that's what I always get for pies.
I love these Crisco sticks. They are easy to measure and don't make a mess. I will never buy shortening in a can again. No more greasy measuring cups to wash. Highly recommended.
My mother had always used Crisco. I tried my Extra Virgin Olive Oil to be more healthy. But it was a mess. So, I went back to tried and true. It worked great. I liked the smaller can. It takes up less space and its the perfect size for my needs.
These are my favorite Breakfast Pop-tart for the Season! They have a Great flavor A little on the Sweet Side but I don't t eat a lot of nasty snacks so I don't think eating these are that bad for me!❣️
The older I've gotten the lazier I've become. I wanted to do a little baking and I decided to try the Crisco in the half cup packages so that I wouldn't have to clean a measuring cup. It worked great. Crisco is still a great product.
These Crisco sticks are very handy to use when baking. No more scraping out measuring cups with shortening and trying to get them cleaned. This product is very convenient and cuts easily.
I love these individual wrapped portions. Easy to get what you need. So much better than the tubs. Works great for quick measurements and makes my crusts light and flaky.
These 3 one cup sticks of shortening come in individual plastic containers but only the top com=ntainer has a lid. Luckily, I never toss usable plastic containers, so I put the other 2 containers that had no lid into other contaiiners as I don't use shortening often. Mostly just to season my cast iron pans.Lotta money to only have 1 lid for 3 containers. Other than that, I do appreciate not having to get into a can of shortening.
