Easy set up, works very well can see down my driveway anytime i whant. Records, pauses, night records. Going to buy one soon for the front. Price reasonable for quality.

Love this camera. Picture is clear and video is easy to view from my phone. Installation wasn't too bad - had to drill a hole through the outside wall of the house, into the garage. Other than that, mounting the camera to the wall was easy. Chord was long enough to reach an outlet 8 feet away and still have extra chord to work with.

Love the quality! The price is great! Night vision is amazing!! No subscription! Just download the app! Easy to install! My husband installed it. You can change sensitivity number and adjust what area you want for movement alerts. You can hear! It records automatically to your phone on the app. For up to a week. But you can go back and download to save any footage. Also has DND because at night it's more sensitive to motion. Only thing it has a small delay with alerts. You can add up to 4 cameras on the same app. Only able to watch on one device though. Definitely getting more!

I've hAs my defender guard for 2 1/2 years and it's still as clear as can be. I've purchased several for friends and recently for my neighbors. I highly recommend it! Gives peace of mind,

These cameras have excellent optics that clear and provide great detail of objects viewed or recorded. The wide angle of view actually worked well and I did not need all the cameras I purchased, so I returned some cameras with ease and great customer support. I was able to mount a cameras on and external garage that was beyond my WiFi signal, but that was overcome with a WiFi extender. I'm very happy with the customization of the software to produce the level and area of detection desired.

Had trouble adding the 1st camera to the app on my phone. Kept giving me an error "unknown error, please try again". After contacting helpdesk and finding no support on weekends I simply deleted the app from my phone and re-installed. I was able to add the camera and everything works as expected. The cameras actually work fantastic and the clarity is great. A little too sensitive because a leaf blowing through the area triggers the recording.

Easy to install purchased 2 cameras it's bin 1 month one camera keeps acting up needs constant resetting maybe has to do with high memory SDcard? I gave up on it Other camera has regular SDcard no problem. Day and night vision is good

The camera itself works fine. The one I'm reviewing is mounted under the eve of a roof pointing at my driveway. It is out of the elements. My main issues are that the motion detection goes off with every single rain drop, snow flake, or bug that passes by it. I get hundreds of false alarms a day so it has time to the point that I don't check them. I have the sensitivity set as low as it will go but it hasn't helped. The second big issue is the night vision. If the camera is in a full dark place where the lighting doesn't change, then it works decent. But if there is a light that causes the camera to go into “day” mode but is then turned off (or drives off) then it stays in day mode for the rest of the video. It doesn't switch on the fly so the screen is completely black for the duration. These two things make this a very bad choice if you plan to rely on it for security.

Camera is fairly clear in daylight, but night vision is terrible. night vision picks up vehicles but rarely captures people. A security camera that doesn't work at night is 75% worthless.

Would not link up to wireless and I cannot get back into my account to change wireless system. I have 2 wireless servers. I'm now locked out of the account because it keeps saying my “password is incorrect” camera is currently resting on trash can. Not a user friendly unit when you can't get into the account to change wireless server. Any suggestions? PS: My first 4K camera works fine. I bought this 2k because I was led to believe it would work with Defender system. Instead it has a different account.
