Exactly the product what I was expecting to get and worth it.

The Dell Inspiron ********* laptop was exactly as described and was at the best price I could find. It arrived the next day and was easy to set up.

I got in house advice about the product and I went to purchase it.

Wanted a smaller laptop because my other 19" is too much of a hassle to travel with. This one has been perfect so far. Loving the backlit keyboard. It should have been built with more Ram but I have not had any issues yet. Miss having the 10key number pad but you can't have everything with a smaller size. Highly recommend. I can also hookup my tablet through the USB port to have 2 screens.

This Dell laptop is really fast and perfect for my grandson going into 5th grade. He is learning 3D modeling and printing and was looking for something to run the 3D slicing software. Being a windows 11 machine, it fits his needs, is affordable and easy on the pocketbook. Highly recommend A

For my purposes, the recharge port is on the wrong side, the headphone port is impossible to work around, the set up is problematic. I am 78 years old and complications are insuperable. I thought the screen would be okay but it isn't - 14" is too small.

Less than a month of owning the laptop and just having it on with no programs running, the memory sits at 80% usage. Keyboard doesnt register 100% of the time already. Fan gets VERY loud VERY often. Screen will often stay black after a hibernation if you leave the machine on for a few hours. After a hibernation, it will lock your mouse and notlet you click on anything until you ctrl alt del. Overall a horrible, horrible computer. Bought it for college, and it was a horrible, horrible mistake because doing just basic tasks on it can be irritating with how the basic functions dont always work.

Dead on arrival. The BIOS couldn't find the battery. Waiting for Dell to tell me what to do. I recommend it only because it was on sale from $550 to $369. I've owned plenty of other Dells that worked fine. Just luck of the draw. Poop happens.

I havent received it yet. I cant rate it. It is late and I do not know the status. I needed it MOnday. It is a business computer. First time WM has been late on me. Problem is I still do not know the status. The tracking says it hasnt been picked up yet???
