I ordered it before finding out it it was safe for my particular health condition. So I am giving it to a friend with knee and back pain. Hopefully it will help her as she doesn't have that particular health issue as I have.

Benefits
I was advised on the benefits of taking this supplement, but short term I cannot see any improvements, I've been taking 2 capsules a day in the evening. I hoping the true strength of this comes out with long term effects.
