this meat thermometer is very easy to use, accurate and. easy to clean. i feel like i got what i paid for as it does exactly what I need. thank you again Walmart for making my life easier. jenn Cannon

I thought I would try a digital one out this time. I've always used the old school metal meet thermometers the one with the red arrow that slowly rises and you barely can see the numbers.

NOT INSTANT READ
I was tired on the thermometer we had because it had a cord to a box (it's a cool thermometer, just too extra sometimes.) I wanted an instant read, but this is NOT it. It takes FOREVER to read the temp, so not instant AT ALL and I'm not sure its even accurate.
