Disappointed
This was recommended to me by a medical assistant because I have trouble with hot flashes. I decided to order two bottles and take it for two months to be sure that it had time to get into my system. I could not tell any difference. Frequency nor intensity of my symptoms aftertaking it. I was disappointed.

Inconsistent filling
These capsules were filled very inconsistently, some with almost no supplement in the capsule. Definitely not up to Horbach's usual quality standards, and I hope this is not a trend.
