[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my 7 year old son, and it was the perfect gift. As soon as we got it, he opened it up and put it together. He pretty much did it all on his own, as it wasn't too complicated like some other kits we've bought. I would definitely recommend this product for any kid older than 6.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 year old son loves to build things, and he has been into circuits lately so this set is perfect for him. There are different experiments and games he can build and can loves it! At the same time, it's educational.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I was impressed by this set. I got it for my son because he loves to tinker around with things and build items that move. This was the perfect set to help him explore his interest and teach him new things. It comes with pieces to make 3 workable items. I highly recommend it. I plan to buy other sets.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my daughter who absolutely loves steam at school. She loves building things and making things work. This toy has so many parts and scary looking items, but after watching her play with it, it actually looks like fun. She was able to follow the directions and had lights going on and making different sounds. It even has real wires!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the toy circuitry action experiment small, what a fun adventure for the little persons. It was interesting getting it put together and have it do it's thing. Gives a simple way for electricity to flow.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Discovery Toy Circuitry Action Experiment Set. This set amazing for little ones who love science and are interested in learning about electricity. I will be gifting this to my nephew. He loves anything Science. This set includes 125 experiments that will keep their minds working. I can't wait to play and build with him. It will be so much fun.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my kids a few days ago and they love it. I'm so glad they have something that stimulates their brain and gets them engaged in something other than their Ipad. Would make a great present.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my son, since he is into circuit system toys. He enjoyed it and was able to put it together with ease. Some parts had to be put together with a little effort, but overall a good toy we would get again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The base plates give you a good place to lay things out, but since the connections are made with regular wire, its not really necessary. Some of the "actions" are cool when they work. While there are a few different "actions", there isn't much variety when it comes to actual learning. Battery, switch, action, repeat. Good for a 4/5 year old. definitely not advanced enough for its recommended 8+ target age group.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoyed learning about circuits and putting everything together. My only qualm is that you do not have enough landscape to build the action items on. All in all we enjoyed it, but would want bigger breadboards to build the items on.
