I am nearly 80, and I have had some injuries thru the years that attract arthritic pain, so I have tried various remedies for that. My 50 year old son has a bad back injury as well. Months ago, I started adding this supplement to our daily regimen, and we both have seen a major improvement in both mobility and pain reduction. Also, I do appreciate the reasonable price,

Great product
I was aiming for a glucosamine that was decently priced and was in capsule form. Went to a supplement store that recommended doing capsules. This is easy to take, great price for the amount you get, and seems to be doing great for my joints. For reference I'm only 34 but I work out 6-7 days a week (weights, cardio, HITT) so was looking for something to help with the joints in my knees etc.
