Tasty
I love this sauce, I use it every time I make mole at home. I mix it up with peppers, tomatoes, and other ingredients and blend them all together for a tasty mole every time.

Adobe Mexican sauce base
This is the sauce base my family uses to make molé. It's very rich in taste and easy to use. It's great on chicken or pork.

Difficult Lid
It is spicy, but good. The lid is difficult open.

don't buy.
Don't buy this. The jar clearly states “adobo sauce” but it's a paste that you dilute with water. It usually doesn't dilute well. The lid of the jar is also impossible to remove and even more difficult to replace.
