Double "Q" Wild Caught Alaskan Canned Pink Salmon, 14.75oz

This brand of canned salmon has been around a long time. It is very healthy and tastes delicious. The salmon is caught out of Alaskan waters and never “farmed” in close quarters with other fish fed lots of poison chemicals. This is very important to me in buying canned salmon. This salmon makes great patties and I always keep several cans on hand for that particular reason. I would highly recommend this product…..

great for salmon cakes. no I do not pick bones. Instead I use my mixer and add regular ingredients, mix till smooth. I fry in patties and no bones to stick in my mouth! cooks well with my method It has gone up in price, thaanks to our high economy. so I have cut.back in buying it.

I absolutely love fresh and canned salmon. Double Q is a great brand of canned salmon that has been around for generations. These are the salmon you want to have with some delicious buttermilk biscuits, and syrup or jelly. Good eating, yes mam. The texture and flavor are very good. It's fish in a can but it is always so fresh and delicious. Double Q gives you that great fresh quality. And purchasing from Walmart guarantees you will be paying a fair price. In fact I think it's time I buy some more.

After another high quality canned salmon disappeared off the shelves, Double Q is a most excellent find. Wild caught and "product of USA" is very important to me, it's so reassuring for a quality and healthy meat protein source. I stocked up on this canned salmon to last through the winter months and was definitely not disappointed; and I like that the skin and bones (fully cooked and softened) are included for added nutrition. Generous salmon salad sandwiches for me along side a bowl of hearty vegetable soup! I will be buying more of this product when my current supply runs low.

Everything is great except for the fact that I can not seem to get your delivery drivers to leave my orders where I have asked them to repeatedly. Please, I need my orders to be left inside the small wooden shed which is located on the right side of Cook Rd and about 40 to 50 yards in front of my house. You can actually see the small shed before you can see my house, and it can not be missed.

The product itself is fine based on previous experience HOWEVER the shipping sucks. Four 14.5 oz. cans of salmon were shipped in a cardboard box just big enough for the four cans and NO PROTECTIVE INSULATION WHATSOEVER. As a result, three of the four cans were damaged/dented in shipping causing possible contamination. Not my first problem with Walmart shipping damage caused by inadequate packaging. You have a problem in your shipping department.

I don't know why the person ticking out the items for the customers would choose an item that's damaged. My can had a dent in it. That's not good customer service. I'm sure the person wouldn't choose that item for themselves. I'm not sure how long that item been on the shelf. Please take these things into consideration.
