One of several brands recommended by my husband's nephrologist. This was a good price, is easy to measure %26 mix up, and my husband likes the flavor. It's sugar free (so good choice for diabetes) - but most importantly, it gives him the extra electrolytes he requires with a limited liquid intake. PS - I tasted it - it's okay, but I'm not a fan of Stevia (the aftertaste) so I'm not a great judge. My hubs likes it and that's what counts, since it's for him
The high potassium, 1000mg, helped convert my wife's heart rate from AFIB to normal. She now drinks 48oz to 64oz each day to keep her heart rate normal.
Good chocolate flavor creamy
I really like the elecralite powder easy to add to my water. stopped my leg cramps . have bought several .
I drink it almost every day. Mix with apple cider vinegar sometimes. Great hydration and helps with weight control and loss.
Great stuff, keep it coming.
The only thing that I can't figure out is why it makes my urine "cloudy"? I don't, or have ever had kidney stones. When I drink clear water, my urine is clear, and pale yellow, but after drinking water mixed with this powder, my urine becomes cloudy again? I drink more clear water......clear urine again? No answer from Dr. Berg?
This powder was a big disappointment! I was so looking forward to an electrolyte drink that tasted like a glass of lemonade. Instead it reminded me of a medicinal drink. I'm not happy at all and I'm disappointed in Dr. Berg for allowing his name to be put on the label!
Tastes awful, waste of money
Couldn't get past the terrible taste
