KAL Trace Minerals, 30 Tablets

The tablets are small and you only need one, not like some other brands that have a lot of fillers and are huge. I notice that I feel better when I take one of these tablets every other day. I am very happy and this is the brand I will recommend to my friends.

Great product! Small and easy to swallow. Contains all the trace minerals in amounts that are reasonable. No calcium or magnesium, which I don't want extra anyway since I get those separately. This product is great for people like me with an inadequate diet.

I've been using this product for many years. I love that the tablet is small, easy to swallow, and is formulated using glycinate and other products to be easily absorbed. Also, the dosage of each is very adequate and not so huge so as to be unnecessary.

I've been using this for years, & I find it to be a very helpful supplement for my thyroid. I do wish it was either in a smaller bottle, or had more pills in each bottle. Such a large bottle, for such a small number of pills, seems wasteful of plastic. Also, don't be alarmed by the gross smell. (Disclosure - I am supposedly earning a reward for writing this review, but all that I wrote above, is my truthful opinion, I just wouldn't have posted, without the incentive.)

The minerals composition in this supplement is truly ideal for most people to address common deficiencies. Furthermore most minerals are chelated in glycinate form, which is a better form for absorption.

I think the quality is good and the ingredients are great. Good size ang good composition of minerals .

the ratio of minerals is good except chromium is slightly high, not sure why I can't find a mineral supp without high chromium but this one is a good price and I can cut them in half

This product doesn't agree with me. I have several food allergies and there is something in the product that sets them off.
