Just Ok
There is nothing cooling about this seat or the gel part. In fact, it heats up under my butt, which has been a problem for me with all of these gel-including cushions that claim to be cooling. I also dislike the thin plastic wrap they cover the foam in to protect it. Within a few weeks it's creasing and peeling off and not even thick enough to be adequate protection. The foam is a bit softer than others I have tried, which I prefer, and the cover is nice as well. I only purchased this because it was covered by my OTC benefit card and do not think I will be purchasing another gel and memory foam cushion.
