VTech VTSN5107 Amplified Accessory Handset With Big Buttons & Display

Nicely described in ad, had loud volume, flashing lights, and call announcement, all needed for my senior citizen who will be using it.

My mom loves the phone she is able to read who is calling her without any problems and the buttons are big for her to see and used

like the big numbers bought for my mother n law she can see big buttons and loves the big emergency call buttons

I had originally been shopping for a Clarity phone for my elderly parents. Because of Covid19, I couldn't find the phone I wanted in stock anywhere. I noticed this phone as a suggested product while I was searching for the Clarity phone. I started looking for reviews and decided to give it a try. Does everything the description says and more. With the volume control and audio boost button on each handset, my parents are able to hear and operate this phone with ease. The audible speaking of each number as you dial it is a big help too. I didn't realize until after I bought the phone that they make a panic button (Help, I've fallen and can't get up) as well as a doorbell that integrates into the system. I immediately added the panic button to my setup. My folks have used the VTech for several days now and are pleased with it's function.

Purchased this phone for an elderly family member who is hard of hearing. The phone rings VERY loudly, and lights up to provide adequate notification of an incoming call. Additionally, the phone has big buttons, and can be programmed to announce Caller ID along with the numbers dialed. Overall, this is an excellent phone for senior citizens who may be hard or hearing, or need a simple home phone.

Works great for an elderly person...easy to see numbers and increased volume makes it easy to hear!

The original phone only had remote handsets to answer calls, but you couldn't call out. This was the answer to that problem.

I thought this a phone in itself, but it turns out it was only an extension and it was unusable to me because I didn't have a power base that it was compatible with. I needed a singular phone that was very simple to use with nothing fancy to make it complicated for a senior. I had to return this unit. It was not a full phone setup.

Thought I was purchasing a cordless telephone system fir an invalid. Instead item is as accessory to existing telephone system. Returned the device

Don't buy this confusing product, it won't work unless you buy more products. I haven't purchased a landline in 20 years, %26 Walmart %26 Vtech made it a horrible experience. Calling support at Vtech is also a complete hassle, after waiting online for 17 minutes to talk to someone, I was given the choice to leave a message, which I tried to do. Their mailbox was full, lol, so I had to hang up, %26 START OVER! Ridiculous!
