High quality
This brand is chefs kiss! It's higher quality than the Sadaf brand. I use sumac for seasoning as well as steeping for tea, it has a lot of vitamin C! This brand produces a very vibrant color and it's extremely flavorful while the Sadaf is pale and sad looking. I'm going to stick with this stuff.

subtle flavor, best with other spices I think
Not a lot of flavor, perhaps me not knowing what to expect, my first, it is just that way? I thin paired with a nice quality Smoked Paprika and other stuff it would make a great rub. On scrambled eggs it did nothing for me

For some reason, it has salt in it. So I've returned it and I bought a different one that just has the spice.
