The Eggylicious Egg Yolk Powder is a really good product to use in baked goods. I couldn't tell that I used powdered eggs instead of real ones. It was super easy to use! The price for 16 ounces is kinda of expensive but it's worth the extra money for the convenience.

I've only made one batch with this for royal icing and it works like a dream. When I was using Wiltons meringue powder it called for like 12 tablespoons. This one does the same thing with only 3 tablespoons. I was shocked! Great job! Will buy again when needed.

Beautiful egg white powder. Flavor is excellent, Ingredient listed is "Eggs", none of that other stuff. The whip, bind, and have all the characteristics of fresh egg whites. I have already suggested these to my cooking friends. Only way to improve this is to supply in a 5 lb container similar to the 1 lb container.

I use this to make bulletproof coffee to help my digestion process and I can't even taste in my coffee. To be honest it makes my coffee frothy and adds protein which I need more of due to not being able to process foods normally.

it suggests boiling water to mix it with and I would boil it longer cuz I didn't boil it but it didn't disintegrate the powder enough and I hardly look like eggs or tasted like eggs.

Box came with no packing inside so damaged only salvaged half of powder could not get replacement or refund so dont waste Your money is very disheartening loss money on!!!!
