I have just started using my new dryer. I find the element dryer large and deep my clothes come out of the dryer tumbled nicely and not clumped together. The drying time that I have used so far because I have not had it long is perfect. it's not a harsh dryer because I believe my clothes come out feeling softer than with my old old dryer. I was told that the bigger brand-name driers would be better, but of course they were a huge amount more money so now I can say I disagree with those people for the cost of this dryer, which was a fantastic price. I'm glad I chose it

the dryer works as it should. it's quiet and efficient. I think it's a good product and a good value. however, I'm giving this product a three rating because of problems with delivery. delivery took approximately 30 days. tracking show me the product was delivered to my town nearby and after 4 days I had to contact the seller to get communication with the trucking company. the trunking company then scheduled delivery three different times. each time a driver would call with some excuse, such as we're having issues with the truck or one of the gentleman was was ill and had to go home. again I complained via Walmart's app, and finally, the dryer was delivered. the dryer was in excellent condition and we installed it, and it's working fine. I did have fears that I was going to have to escalate, but I am grateful I finally received my dryer. I could have purchased it locally and installed at the same day. I will not make the mistake of placing an order online again.

The washer seems to work very well however, I am only 5'4" tall and almost have to get a step stool to reach the bottom of the washer tub as it's too tall.

Worst customer service. They where a week late to deliver than I paid for set up they refused to set up saying they don't see it but yet showed them my receipt. Than I end up opening and trying to instal and guess what they didn't bring me a power cord to even connect the dryer than I call them right away and they say well because you didn't pay for installation you don't get a power cord. While I did pay . I been waiting one week one week of the round a rounds one week extra for their mistake I showed them receipt guess what they say I have to wait for the buyer to respond . It's been one week no change no cord and even to return it and get my money back . This is the worst experience I ever been through I'm stuck with a dryer and no cord paid for installation while they refused. And every time I call they give me bs saying I have to wait for the seller . So they was quick to take the money but yet to fix the issue they did I have to wait for them . Don't order from them

i didn't get to use this product because it didn't get setup when i paid for installations and i didn't have the cord to plug it in.

Very dented up when I received it and it's very loud but it works. For now

Waste of money. didn't last even 6 months before it broke down. it started making a horrible noise and stopped spinning and essentially washing. After trying to get it fixed by a professional they stated it was so bad that it'd cost more to fix than to just buy a new one. We got it in december and by the end of February it gave out. and i took really good care of it. only did small to medium loads, cleaned it regularly, all for it to not last.
