Element: Targeted Toning Pilates for Beginners

I LIKE THIS PILATES DVD VERY MUCH. SHE EXPLAINS EVERY EXERCISE AND DEMONSTRATES THEM AS WELL. IT ISN'T EASY EITHER. EACH SEGMENT IS MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE LAST ONE. SHE COVERS ABDOMINALS EXTENSIVELY. IF YOU WANT TO TONE AND STRETCH YOUR BODY WITHOUT LEAVING YOUR HOUSE, THEN THIS DVD WILL DO THAT. USE IT EVERYDAY AMD YOU'LL SEE AND FEEL RESULTS WITHIN THREE WEEKS. IT'S EXCELLENT.

Awesome video easy to follow

This is my first Pilates DVD so I was a bit intimidated but now that I've tried it it was worth the money. Its a very good workout but doesn't make you sore so you don't want to do it. I use this DVD 3 times a week doing the core workout after every workout. I can feel such a difference.

This is great. At first when I bought this, I didn't think I would be able to keep up with it, and I do have to say. I LOVE IT!! I am a stay at home mom, and it is hard to find time to get any type of exercise. She talks you through it all and shows you how to do it. and it is super easy and great to do. and you do get energized after doing it for a couple of days. And I do have to say I have tried to go to the gym and have tried those diet things out there. you feel like your being judged and when your at home doing this your free from all of that. So YES buy it and try it. Best spent money ever!!!! I am SOOO GLAD I bought this. <3
