Must have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s so small and perfect. I have thin eyebrows so the thinness is perfect. With the power grip and setting spray, The eye brows stay on all day. It can feel a little rough when using a new pen, but after the first use it’s soft, and glides in so well.

Natural brows made easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love how precise this brow pencil is. The micro tip makes it super easy to create natural, hair-like strokes. The shade neutral brown matches my brows perfectly and doesn’t look too warm or too dark. It’s a long lasting and doesn’t smudge throughout the day. Plus the applies blend is everything so nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best eyebrow pencil I ever used for a very long time. It’s a very thin. It’s like a hair by hair drawing you can go heavy. You can go light handed as much as you want. The shade range is amazing and a long blessing. It’s not easy to wipe up

Nice pencil not fond of the color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product does glide on really nicely. It’s VERY pigmented- this color is neutral brown and almost looks like black to me so I’m not sure if the colors are true to what they say. Super tiny product and fine point helps get brows on fleek

When I would apply it, it would break off. Basically wasted. Making it run out extremely fast.

What happened to the actual pencil part??
When I received it, I opened it and twisted the bottom portion off to expose the actual brow pencil that was supposed to be inside, to check the color and found it was totally empty. The actual pencil part was totally missing. It had the brush on the top of the stick, but no pencil inside, only the part where it was supposed to be attached to.

I give Walmart a one start as I never received the item once marked delivered with a picture that was clearly not my home. However I typically love ELF products so I'm sure I would this one also.

The pencil lead broke off the first time I used it. When I tried to screw the tip up it was empty.
