Item damaged in transit due to carelessness .
So disappointed! Glass decanter was broken inside the plastic. I requested immediate pickup and return. I'm a 68 yr old recently retiree. Evidently item was damaged during delivery due to unknown fragility of content. I was replacing my black and decker coffee pot that I had forevermore! I was and am so disappointed in delivery! Maybe attaching f”FRAGILE! !! HANDLE WITH CARE! would help! I'm so disappointed in delivery. I requested immediate pickup and return to no avail. Please resolve this dilemma asap! So I can enjoy my cup of coffee! Please put on package, Handle with care, fragile! Thank you!

Not 5-Cups
The item is listed as 5 cups. The entire pot only holds 20 ounces so the title is misleading. It's a very small coffee pot and will only brew 20 ounces at a time. It's not truly a 5 cup pot.
