I'm taking this supplement to help with anxiety. I was taking a higher dosage and found it was triggering my high blood pressure. Then I came across this product with a lower dosage which is working well. I suggest if you have other conditions always check with your physician.
I usually use another brand that has other supplements integrated but my shipment did not arrive on time so I purchased this to bridge the gap. This brand has the same effect on my energy levels and mood as the other brand that costs about twice as much.
Good supplement at a good price!
I like the combination of DHEA %26 Pregnenolone in one pill at a reasonable price.
hopefully it works, although I wish it were more absorbent than digestive measures. That is, I wish it were a sublingual method since digestive juice probably destroys most of this.
