works good for me! the taste is not the greatest, but I've grown used to it now. I was taking ZzzQuil, but the cost is outrageous, so I thought id give this a try. no alcohol in it either which was important to me. no grogginess in the morning and the price point is great!

Love this. Def try it out if you have insomnia it helps so much I take half of what the suggested dosage n within an hour your sleepy n it makes you stay asleep for hours n wake up feel good not tired or drowsy like other products.

This is perfect for when you just need to fall asleep because of a restless night. Mild flavor and you don't need much .

I occasionally use this for sleeplessness and it works but because its just LITERALLY liquid Benadryl I use it when I have a bad Alpha Gal allergic reaction and i need faster action instead of waiting for a pill to dissolve. I do recommend 👌

This sleep aid works pretty quickly. I only need about 1/2 cup. Don't use it every night. Just when it is too late to TRY to go to sleep. Taste is not bad. Feel pretty good in the AM. No drug hangover.

Suggested to me by my daughter. Has NO alcohol in it and it works. No sluggish feeling in the morning.

this stuff works well, but watch out. you get where you don't get much sleep without it. it says non habit forming as all zzzquil related products do, but in reality it creates a dependency as it messes with natural sleep rythem if you take it too many days in a row. it does work for sleep releif, you will get an extremely dry mouth next morning.

I was very disappointed. I was looking forward to a nice, uninterrupted sleep. It didn't work at all for me.

this product did not work for me. But it probably didn't work , because i'm in high pain. And my pain tolerances super high . I probably have something else that I don't know about. This doesn't mean it won't work for anyone. Just not me.
