It's hard not to like something so simple but yet so effective. I went ahead and tried the fire starter striker just to see how well it works, and I was very pleased. the magnesium came off like it's supposed to with a little bit of work, and the striker with the striking rod threw up beautiful, big sparks. The magnesium flash took off very quickly and set the tinder to burn just as quickly. I'm quite pleased with my purchase and when I need them again I will definitely be purchasing them again.

These arrived so quickly and I love the compact size. Im putting one in the camping bin %26 the other in our emergency kit. I would recommend. I like that I can shave wood to get the starter going with this tool too

As expected, 4 pack of Magnesium with the flint rod. The bottle opener cut into the scraper. Maybe they should have added a can opener function to the scraper too.

First time trying to use one of these. Took me a couple strikes to get the spark going but easy to scrap off shavings then you need to strike pretty hard to get sparks going. Harder since the tool is small but still works
