Fiskars Machete Axe - 18" Curved Blade with Nylon Sheath, Orange/Black, 1 Count

My husband has not used this fiskars machete axe yet, but he absolutely loves the looks of it! We have a bunch of brush and scrubby trees to clean out of back of yard this summer, so he is looking forward to trying it out.

Nice ballance. A little heavier than a machete but lighter than an ax. Would have been nice to have a belt loop on the sheath. Held the edge well and the edge was easy to touch up with a stone. General all around tool. Actually better than I expected .

This is a very sturdy multi-use tool. You get a machete, axe, and saw in one tool. The axe cut through branches like butter! The machete was smooth. The saw will work fine to smaller branches. Easy to grip and use. Not too heavy but feels sturdy. The cover fits like a glove and snaps closed for safe keeping.

I was not expecting it to be this large! It is a beast, I take it with me in hikes through my woods. It is very great at chopping down thorn bushes that are in my way on the trails or smaller tree branches that have fallen into my way. It came with a sheath to cover it after use and it is great for protecting it and keeping it nice. It's a very convenient tool to have.

Sharp, very strong and the weight is just as you expected. Works so well you may need gloves so you don't swipe to hard and accidentally hurt yourself. (Accident prone fiance) It chopped down the tall stalks of pokeberry we have growing and the ivy on the trees so the kids can climb them again. Cut our pear tree limbs down for the season and it did it so effortlessly. Definitely loving having this is our home.

my only complaint so far is common with many bladed tool, the edge needed attention. i haven't used it a ton yet, but with a good edge it works great for clearing brush. im looking forward to using it more.
