What a workout! I just started by doing 20 reps of each on a level 1 and my arms were burning! I'm glad I'm able to start on a low level and slowly work my way up, so that it's easier not to overdo it. It's also easy to store and compact because I'm already limited on space.
Easy to use, and I started feeling and seeing results almost immediately. This is a gym workout packed on a small tool. Resistance training compacted to be accessible any time. I already took it with me when I recently traveled. Very, very satisfied with the FlyBird and the price I found at Walmart online.
I saw these advertised on TV and the Internet for as much as $149 apiece the exact same thing at Walmart is priced way less than that
I'm satisfied with the quality of this product. I bought as a gift for a family member. I have yet to get feedback from the recipient.
I have been using it every morning... just fun to use!!!
Well built, works great! Good price, 100$ less then top brand.
It is as advertised! It is so easy to use, you can adjust to whatever weight you want (I believe every level increases the weight by 20 lbs?). I've been using it for about a month now and I definitely look and feel different.
The product is excellent in that it is versatile, well-made, and delivers a great workout.
Excellent quality upper body exerciser v
When I ordered item, I put in to ship to different address, but it came to me instead, and I had to pay $37.00 shipping to send it to the address I said to send it to, and still has not arrived yet.
