I've been using this kettle for a couple months now and I still like it very much. I wanted to write this review because all I saw was negative reviews when I was shopping.,I almost didn't get it. This one checks all the boxes, auto shut off, temp selection, non-plastic. The glass does not get so hot that it burns you if you accidentally touch it. I use filtered water from the fridge and it still heats up rapidly without breaking the glass. I'm glad I gave this one a chance.

Reasons why I purchased it %26 why I like it: variable heat settings to specific temperatures glass all around so I can very easily see the water levels no plastic touching the water the top opens so I can stick my arm in, which makes cleaning very easy ability to mute the beeping heats more quietly than my previous electric kettle 360 degree swivel Minor downsides: - at maximum water level, it heats up about two minutes slower than my previous Cuisinart PerfecTemp Electric Kettle - must use the turn knob to select options that are organized in two rows, which is less intuitive to use. I would've preferred having the option to quickly press certain options and having the options organized in a circle. Still love it though and would recommend it!

I love my new kettle! It's beautiful to be able to watch the tea change color as it brews. The combination of glass and stainless is the perfect mix. Stylish, and no plastic taste! It's easy to use, and has a lot of different settings for different teas! Every tea I've tried tastes amazing. I also love using this to make boiling water for ramen cups. I use it multiple times a day, every day. I've owned it for about 2 months now and have experienced zero issues. To anyone complaining about "white stuff" - that is normal calcium buildup from hard water. It's harmless, and it comes right off with vinegar. I boil the minimum amount of water with a splash of vinegar maybe once every 2 weeks, and it looks as good as new.

I am having to make my own tea now since prices on my sweet tea have gone up in price to the point I can no longer afford it. So, after researching and reading reviews on different tea makers, I decided to buy this one, and I love it. It makes great sweet iced tea. I highly recommend this product.

Temperature settings (actual temperature and set point displayed) are easy to understand and use. Carafe and tea basket are accessible to clean with your hand. Boils quickly within minutes !

~I'm still learning how to use my new tea pot!! I did get a pot of tea made today. I'm still getting use to all the directions %26 learn what buttons to push. This is a busy tea pot to learn.

Set different temperatures, actually gets to boiling hot! Have tried 3 others, did not like them. Never got hot enough after a couple months use. This one seems to work fine. The base is kinda big but works.

Easy to figure out and very easy to use. I. love the simplicity and ease of cleaning and your tea never becomes burned because you have precise control over the temperature.

I use this kettle at work every day to make tea for myself and my colleagues. We make a large pitcher and put in 3 to 4 bags of Lipton, small teabags in the middle filter area. It's been a really easy way to make iced tea and save us money from Buying tea out at coffee shops. The one thing we have done is made sure we do not fill it past the max fill line and we also put the setting to coffee, which is 200°F. Any more than that even if you're at the max fill line, it will bubble over. Overall, very happy and would purchase again!

Brews tea perfectly and makes it super easy and offers easy access to sweeten while it's hot. Plenty of other options. Easy to clean. Heats water rapidly. This is the greatest thing since peanut butter!!! Love it!!!
