I've been using this for a year now, my Dr. recommended me to take any brand of 800mcg of Folic Acid for Prenatal purpose. I keep buying this brand because it has Vit. B-12 in it which makes Folic Acid more effective (based on my research). I'm happy that is very reasonably priced at Swanson.

This Is The Only Folic Acid We Use
We used this folic acid product during all my wife's pregnancies and she is very satisfied with the quality. She loves how it's small and easy to swallow.
