incident
received wrong person package and i have to call so many time to refund my money. Agent i talk on Jan 26, 2026, do not understand what customer want. When I try to talk with Supervisor they disconnected my phone. try to pass the message they say they ca not pass the message to call me back. Is there any one in customer service look this incident?

Moldy taste. Totally disappointed in FTL :-(
Moldy taste. Odd colors on nuts. Returning. Expected better from Food to Live. Have never been disappointed in their products before. Thankfully, the return process is easy. I chose FedEx scheduled pickup.
