Great topper for breakfast potatoes and so much more. Has a nice bite, but not too hot! This is not all about heat but a bite with a delicious perfect acidity flavor! I am sensitive to chemicals, dyes, and most food and this I can eat with no reaction! Definately a staple in our home.

i love this stuff man! i don't know what it is but i always come back to Frank and Red Hot sauce in the end. sometimes i'll get some Tabasco or a Crystals bottle, heck i'm adventurous grab some Texas Pete even though i know it's not good. But time and time again i always end up craving that Franks. i just it on everything. like even stuff it has no business being on. like did you know its good on a salad? weird right?? i just did one day and ever since anytime i have a salad at home i shake some on it. the other night i just tossed it on some hot dogs for fun and wow.

And, YES, this is the only hot sauce we use. Good flavor, just enough "Hot" so you can actually taste the flavor. So diverse you can put it on many dishes.

I don't like things that set my mouth on fire. Or that replace the flavor of what I am eating. Frank's has long been my favorite because it adds spicy without overwhelming the food. You can taste both: Frank's great flavor, and the flavor of the food still comes through fine.

This sauce has been around since 1918. I remember my parents had a bottle for Bloody Mary's. I tasted it once as a child and I think it made me sick. I never touched it again until Fried Chicken Wings became popular. Today I always grab it for chicken wings, chili and other food that I want to give a boost of heat to. The good thing about this brand, is you get some heat, but you also get flavor. I really do not like sauces that contain jalapeño or habanero peppers and prefer chili peppers.
