I'm in the second year of my career as a graphic designer, sitting at my desk clicking my mouse all day, and I was experiencing some pretty bad stiffness and pain in my index finger on my mouse hand. After a week of using this hand therapy kit a few times a day, it's helped ease a lot of tension in my hand. I wish these came with a carrying case, bag, or sleeve, so I could easily take them home from the office.
I am 68 years old and have weak hands and fingers. I bought these balls to help strengthen them and not let the osteoarthritis take me down. I've got too many things I still want to do.
I was having problems with my arms wrists and hands from my work. when I use this product regularly I have no pain or tingling! Highly recommend it!!!
I'm someone who can't open a jar. I've been using the therapy balls and my hands have strengthened. Soon I'll be ready for the next ball.
I have arthritis and I found something I can use that is comfortable. The directions have good illustrations. A wonderful product.
I love this product and the difference in the consistency of each ball.
The hand therapy balls helped me realize just how much I had been abusing my hands. At first, even the softest ball was difficult to use. As I kept practicing, I realized that the ulnar pain was lessening and the pinched nerves in my neck weren't getting fired up as much. The headaches the pinched nerves cause are not nearly as severe as they can get, either. May actually be an alternative to surgery according to my physiatrist as long as I keep showing measurable improvement.
Like , I need to make my hands stronger.
I think it would be really useful to have a video of each of the hand exercises, as I didn't find the guide that easy to understand, e.g. 'turn hand in so it faces down' could mean a few different things and I don't understand the difference between Ball Grip and Finger Bend.
Took the balls out of the package, not noticing which color was which strength.....the firm one I can tell....BUT the other two....NO WAY !! My colors are purple, black, and teal......SO....which is which ?? NO WHERE on the package...[ at least I couldn't find it } was there ANY notice of which color was what strength....!! HELP !!!
