In 2010 my bones were considered osteoporoatic with a T score of 2.5 and lower. I had tried several medications which my doctors had prescribed for me to take but I had acute discomfort with them. At that time Garden of Life had a special where I could try the product for six months and if I did not see improvement they would refund my money for the product and pay for the DEXA scan which I had before and after the trial period. I figured I had nothing to lose and so I took up the challenge. Within six months my bones had dramatically improved. I have been using the product ever since and now my bones are in the normal range. I have tried to decrease my use of the product and the result is that my bones do lose density. I have no reaction to the product and so I think I will continue taking it. I am very grateful to have strong bones once again. I am a 73-year-old female weighing about 105 pounds. I am quite active and feel very grateful that I can still enjoy all the activities that give me so much joy.

I have purchased and hopeful it will help my bone density. I would like to ask GOF to please make the two types of capsules different/labeled so one can tell them apart as it is impossible to differentiate after taking them out of the bottle. Thank you.

I've just started taking this supplement (travel to small town AK can take awhile : 0 ) and it will be a good while before knowing the effects on my 73 y.o. bones and osteoporosis. What I do know now is that I like a nutritional supplement to be as close to 'food' as possible and that this kit with its blend of elements and it's different times of day feels like its been well researched and its offering the best program possible for restoring my bones to good health. 50 years of attempting to eat well still had me missing something, and I do still count on food a lot, AND this supplement, I believe, is going to make all the difference between porous bones and strong ones. Aging is natural, chronic decay is not. Garden of Life knows how to 'get it right'!

This is my second month on the Grow Bone system. My doctor recommended it because, after being on a prescription drug for 7 years, to help my bones, they only got worse. She has a few patients on the Grow Bone system and is anxious to see the results. The capsules are easy to take and I'm looking forward to good results.

It will be awhile until I know that this product has worked but a good friend had results that reversed her Osteopenia back to a normal bone mass reading. A good product.

I've just received my 1st bottles. I am hoping for positive results. I do wish the capsules looked different from eachother. Maybe get vegetable colored capsules for one of them? Also, I have issues swallowing & need some kind of food to chase pills down, or else they always get stuck in my throat. I also eat dinner right before bed, so for me to take this on an totally empty stomach is impossible. I can take it 1st thing in the morning with coffee & allergy medicine, but that's really the only time my stomach is empty. I then take my vitamins with oatmeal about an hour later. It is not easy for those of us still on a work schedule to make separate times to take supplements. There's morning or dinner before bed, that's about it for me. We'll, I hope it is OK to take them this way. I can't swallow most calcium pills on the market as they're too large & I gag them right back up. At least these are smaller & able to be swallowed if chased down by a few bites of something.
