Love this prebiotic! I have had colon issues since I was a child. Every test available, every test imaginable. They never found anything. This helps very much to get rid of the urgency and to make my stools more solid and less messy. No taste dissolves perfectly in hot or cold.

I have used this product for many years and it does work. My gastroenterologist was the one who advised me to use this and he knew what he was talking about. It’s flavorless so you can put it in a beverage and it’s easy to take. I recommend this product

We've tried a lot of fiber supplements due to a dietary restriction and Benefiber is by far the best. While made of wheat, it is so carefully processed that it's considered gluten-free. We've been able to safely use it because of that. Benefiber fully dissolves in cold liquids! It doesn't leave any sort of film or clumps like others have, so there's no nasty grain-y feel. We buy the unflavored, so it can be put into just about anything without changing the taste much. We've noticed that it seems to actually enhance the taste ever so slightly. We put it in tea and it brings out the natural sweetness more, meaning less added sugar.

Been taking for 2 yrs now. Keeps you regulated [no constipation or diarrhea], BEST PART it has no taste and you can put it in any drink, I put mine in coffee. I use the original I don't use the orange flavor.funky taste

Reduces bloating greatly. I ran out and didn't get more for 9 days . I actually thought I had gained more weight than I lost.. After my surgeon pointed out that I HAD lost 12 pounds,, it was the absence of Benefiber that my bloating was back and clothes were tight .. so.. I recommend it for great gut health..

My Gastro Dr recommended this to help stop constipation. Toss taking the pills because that was not helping me at all and I was consuming more pills than I should have to help me go to the bathroom. With Benefiber I take 2 tsp a day and can put it in my water , coffee or food. No taste and SUGAR FREE.. I just started taking it and it works. I had a normal movement without the brusing inside my behind and straining. IT REALLY WORKS and makes you feel fuller longer what a plus..Good news it is PLANT BASED FIBER..

Growing up, I thought a person was old if they had to use this...Guess what??? Yep, I am getting there. I am amazed by this stuff. Instead of taking meds that don't work well for me I can drink this and I am set. It doesn't have a taste so I can use it in soft or liquid foods, or just a glass of water. Thank you, Benefiber!!!

No taste... easy to administer...dissolves readily in pretty much everything without changing flavor. or texture. I've used it with mikk, coffee, protein %26 vitamin drink, juice %26 soups Whatever was handy when I chose to take it. Perforns as expected.

I like the package they're small they discrete fit right in your purse in your pocket. You can use them anywhere in anything I use them in my tea and in my coffee. I travel a lot so they're perfect. I'll take a handful. Put them in my suitcase and I don't have to worry about getting my extra probiotics and my fiber.

I've been buying Benefiber off and on for years due to my struggle with anemia (iron supplements constipate you). I bought this larger container because I thought I was getting more "bang for my buck" in this economy, but I'm convinced it's filled with more filler than anything. The 28-pk of sticks works better when it comes to getting things going.... they just DO. I never thought I could "enjoy" a poop, but I do with this product --- but not this container, only the sticks. Going forward, I'll stick with the brand because I love the ease of mixing it into hot or cold liquids, and how it's truly unflavored, but I'm going back to the individually-wrapped sticks, never again this container (or any variation of it). To Benefiber: I'm disappointed that you would beef up the bigger packages, just to make a buck, when you were supposed to be known for quality. Please do better.
