Took only less than a minute to install and worked perfectly ever since. Delivery was prompt and product was as good as advertised. I would purchase again if ever needed.

bought this to replace an old Frozen up one on a used BBQ grill that I bought fit perfectly works great

I was, and still am, a little dubious about this since it is significantly less costly than other similar products. But , so far, so good...

With the help of youtube, I decided I needed a new regulator to make my gas grill burners hotter. I had to get a male friend help to get the old one off (it was rusted) but I was able to hook this one right up. It is sort of a universal part and it worked perfectly. I should be able to cook out got quite a while now.

i ordered this with an expected del date. I got an email saying it would be late, and i could cancel the order. i did immediately, and purchased it elsewhere. Two days later, I received email saying my order will arrive tge next day. That's fine because i can retrn to store, but I was charged shipping fee. i only agreed to the large shipping fee so that i would receive it on date indicated.

the item has the wrong fitting on it and it will not work and I need to return it and get i a refund on it please?
