Love it has the best quality…
Great price, easy installation, very satisfied with product
Camera has a clear view. Inexpensive but works as well as my other cameras. Very easy to setup.
I don't dislike it daytime view is great and night night vision is good. Only thing about night vision is the cars are a blurry. I wished I'd saved a night vision
1 camera has a black spot in lens, no marks on lens. cleaned lens no help. took pictures, move camera, spot moves with camera. put finger over lens and took picture black spot still there.
One camera came damaged, dis not connect connect to the wifi and no customer service available. Only one worked but the motion system of the camera needs improvement, needs more motion settings The Device alerts you pretty much about anything. and after a few notifications gets annoying, you want to turn the motion off which defeats the security purpose of the camera. Even if you change the sensitivity to low, you still get like 10 notifications in an hour.
Save your money. Some of the photos used to promote these cameras make them appear wireless. They are not wireless. Each camera must plug into an AC outlet. I live in a stone house with no outside electrical outlets. If this is an issue for a potential buyer, I'd recommend looking into the Link cameras instead. Geeni does offer a completely wireless camera, but those cameras must be recharged. The Link cameras have a 2 year battery, which is replaceable. Who has time in their life to drag out a ladder in the middle of a snowstorm to recharge their camera?
We order a 2-pack of the outdoor cameras on July 20204. One of the cameras arrived defective. We tried all the steps suggested and the camera wouldn't work. It took over 2 months for the support team to deem the camera defective and after that they told us that they would mail us a replacement. Today is February 19 2025 and we haven't receive anything. We call every week to check on the status of our replacement. The answer is always that we don't know, we will contact warrant and warrant will reach out. No one ever reaches out. We bought the store feature for the other camera that worked and the detention feature is poorly designed. Sometimes it misses big objects, cars, people and other times, it detects thing small as a ball. I had packages delivered and no recording of anyone walking up to the house.

Cameras will not activate. I used the 2.4ghz wifi and tried over and over but it keeps saying failed. I have indoors and outdoors Geeni cameras in my home, and decided to buy another set but unfortunately they don't work. I called Geeni customer service but they were of no help. Sadly I am requesting to ask for a refund because of the cameras being of no use to me.
