Genacol is a great product. I used the liquid formula for about a year since I am not a disciplined pill popper. When my local health food store closed, I was out of the product for approximately 3 months before I ordered on line. During that 3 months, I noticed that my knees began aching and my nails were more brittle. Since my new order has arrived, my joints are improving and my nails are strong and healthy.
