What a great deal for this 45lb dumbbell ! No oily mess on this weight like other reviewers have complained about! This dumbbell arrived nice and clean sealed in a plastic bag! Shipping was fast and easy! Ordering on line is very easy and the free shipping is icing on the cake! Thank you will be shopping at Walmart again!

Good product at this price. Price could be a little bit lower though. But ok.

Love the grip, feels balanced in my hands.adjust grip so I get a different angle on muscle tension..larger than a normal 45 lbs. dumbbell due to the rubber coating.. does have a residual rubber smell.. all in all good purchase.

These seem like quality weights. They were half the price as other 30lb weights. The smell isn't too terrible. They do weigh 30lb each. They came quickly.

I thought it was misleading how the description said weights dumbbells plural made it seem like it was a set so it was a surprise when I got one so then I had to order another one and it did smell bad and the first one took a little too long to get here

ordered 2 (in one order), because cheaper than a pair. one is visibly smaller, and 1 lb lighter than the other. not sure if it is worth the trouble returning..

Very strong tar smell that even after cleaning many times does not go away. Smell takes over the whole room. Other then the bad smell they are nice dumbbells.

The product was shipped a day late or got stuck in transit. When it arrived, it had an overpowering D-40 smell and an oily look. I had to wash the dumbbell multiple times. I can still smell the D-40 odor though. I do not know what happened - is this by design or by accident? I cannot recommend it. Two stars for looks and weight.

Like so many others have reported when the hand weights arrived they had an oil like WD-40 on them. After a quick wash they were fine. I got the 50lbs. on save for $48 each and free shipping so great deal. The Shipping was fast and easy even with the day delay! But what about the actual weight. I tested both and they both One weighted 50.2 the other 47.8 I don't expect it to be 50 but 47.8! So if they actually were but 50.2 I would be thrilled and would have given it 5 stars but this much of a weight difference drops them to 1 start and a Don't buy

The item was not left in front of my door. My home has a front porch built with a roof. That weight item was probably left on the street, l never received what l purchased
