Purpose in taking gluten
Gluten is not good for the body %26 I take this regularly to diminish the effect of any gluten I eat.

No More stomach pain or discomfort
No More stomach pain or discomfort. I started to take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening and I feel so much better. You can stop the bloating, no more extra bathroom visits, and no more discomfort. Happy to add this Lectin Defense to my daily routine.

experimenting with lectin defense
I have been learning more about Lectins and how they affect our digestion and overall health. Hoping that this product can work along with what I'm learning. So far, it has helped with bloating for me. Hoping it helps my husband's gastrointestinal issues that are causing him major changes to his daily functionality. We have shared one bottle together. . .will be trying another of this same.

Wonderful product
My family suffers from digestive disorders which cause bloating, cramps and projectile diarrhea. After many years of trying other products and avoiding specific foods to reduce the frequency of these symptoms, my research lead me to Lectin Defense. I ordered two bottles - one for my husband and one for me. Within a week, we were experiencing greatly reduced frequency of symptoms. I immediately called my sister and asked her if she would try it. I got her a bottle and a bottle for her daughter. We are now faithful Lectin Defense users and highly recommend this product to others.

Seems to help, but a little pricey.
So far it seems to be helping. I don't seem to have as much problem with bloating. I need to give it some more time to see how it continues to work. It is pretty pricey too, especially with more than one person taking it daily. I may have to consider other options.
