Everyone needs to try Molasses to perk up your day
The health benefits of Molasses is increasing all the time. One thick spoonful per day is all you need to collect those benefits. I bake with it and I put it in my coffee rather than sugar, and I am loving it. Seems pure, thick and pretty easy to get a spoonful into the coffee mug. And if you haven't tried Molasses it has a distinct flavor that there is no close substitute for. Make a nice batch of molasses cookies and it will bring back memories of gramma's old fashion cookies.

No Bitterness
Your taste buds will thank you for buying this molasses. While this molasses does have a slightly lower nutritional value than black strap, it is so worth eating a little more if your concerned about that. I confess i have eaten his by the spoonful daily when ill for its health benefits. Its that delicious. Not bitter at all.

YUMMY!
This molasses is perfect for baking. My family loves gingerbread. Perfect for gingerbread, ginger snaps or holiday gingerbread men. Nothing tastes like the holidays more than a warm slice of gingerbread and whipped cream. Thick, not runny, and pure sweet molasses taste with an aroma that fills the house in that ginger spice scrumptious smell. Also, a perfect topper for pancakes or biscuits. YUM!

Perfect for baking
This is great quality molasses for baking. It is the nice deep rich tea color that you're looking for. I'm not a fan of the taste of any sort of molasses, but when I do bake with this, everyone loves it.

A secret to our baking
This product helps us make our own brown sugar by adding the molasses to regular sugar. It makes a sweet addition to our baking. We wouldn't return to store-bought brown sugar. We love this.

Arrived open
The jar of molasses arrived open, not broken, open. It was shipped in a padded envelope, not a box. Nothing worse than a bag of gooey molasses in December! Should've waited for January, I guess.
