GoodCook Plastic 2-Cup Fat Separator with Removable Silicone Stopper

This little device works great for the upcoming gravy I plan on making. Used it earlier to test it and it lived up to its use. So Thanksgiving bring it on!!!

It helped me to make homemade beef broth for my chuck roast...it seperated the fat from juices....and was easy to pour.

It is larger than my old one and it looks more sturdy. I will not be putting it in the dishwasher as that is what destroyed my old one.

I purchased the 2 cup goodcook fat separator for a relative. my relative is very pleased with the item because it's easy to clean and the food particles are seperated from the liquid, my relative also likes the design of the goodcook separator.

This works for me. I can't handle anything heavy so the plastic material is light weight and perfect. I doesn't separate the grease completely but better than nothing.

The idea of the design is great but they made it out of plastic. The holes in the strainer on top to me is too big, they should have been smaller than they are. This is actually getting sent back because to me if I drop this piece of plastic it is going to break. It does not feel like a durable plastic to me, it actually feels like a cheap plastic.

Great size and design but the plastic cracks fast due to the heat of the broth or stock. A glass or stainless steel pitcher would last far longer. But it does the job and is a budget friendly option.

I wish I hadn't spent the money for this. I don't think it does a good job of collecting the grease. Plus many bits of food material goes right thru the strainer part. I had to use a tea strainer to catch the tiny bits of food.

Cheap, brittle plastic container. Fear of breaking, or melting the container makes using this item uncomfortable. Item arrived with scratches in the plastic.

Handle is very flimsy, the plastic is very thin where it connects to the cup. Handle had broken off in shipping, which really didn't surprise me because with the plastic being so thin, it had very little support.
