Ive been looking for something cheaper to buy, use to have a jetson ebike but this blows it out of the water! Genuinely was shocked by how assembled it was when it came in, took maybe a half hour or less to set up and once it charged, it road like a dream. I originally was only going to get one but after I got it, I figured I'd buy a second one so both me and my partner would have an upgrade. Definitely worth it at the sale price, instead of paying $~1400, I spent around $700 in total on 2 working ebikes, now thats a deal

the ebike was packed well and arrived with nobdamage, assembly was simple, grand aon was riding happily in 30ish min

Понравилось, что выглядит добротно качественно. Тяжёлый, но упаковка была порвана и угол коробки мокрый и сгнил. Кстати это не сказалось на содержимом, всё упаковано нормально. Да и батарея ободрана в одном месте. Ещё не ездил, но испытал дома - пока подходит. К покупке рекомендую!

assembly was problem as the front brake caliper bolts were pre-fitted so tight that it required a torque wrench to loosen and the same was true of the nuts on the axle shaft. Otherwise seems to be a well constructed sturdy bike with plenty of power.

bike works well, looks really nice, quality bike rack, and shifts fine, only thing is the brakes do connect well, after working on it for 2 hours, i just had to take it to a shop to properly get the brakes to not scrape

It's a good starter bike but I believe could have a little bit more bells and whistles such as UI screen for the price. Not impressed for the brand I expected better

I love the bike , the color and the ride it gives you but I can't believe it does not come equipped with a head light and tail light ! Seems rather mandatorily a faux pas as to the danger one puts themselves in while traversing on a roadway!!! Maybe was just a fluke and someone forgot to include them because on the control panel there is a button that would turn on “lights” as it is marked had there been some to turn on!!??????? No riding after dark on the GOTRAX IGOT!!

weighs a ton. I made a big, heavy, mistake. clumsily assembled. the battery is 10.4 amp hours, not 7.8, that is the only good thing about this bike. I didn't try to return it, I just removed the components and threw away the frame, I wouldn't wish that frame on anybody. I suppose the components, including the two wheels, is worth about the price, but I wouldn't do it again. I am a mechanic, shopping online for decades, I am embarrassed by this purchase.

Ebike came in with freight damage could not put on front wheel, fork was severly damaged. Gotrax has me jumping thru hoops. they are trying to find a reason to turn down claim. I believe it was sent out from them with the damage already there,

Do not buy, this is garbage, battery got on fire and manufactured would not help me, they said is their policy for me to pay for shipping of $200 and send it back before they even help me, don't waste your money
