mine showed up perfect and everything works great. good power and hits the speeds it said. only thing that's kinda cheap is the headlight but il add my own. I got this bike under $300 and wow it's a great deal.

great value for a "first time e-bike!" we got what we paid for and since it was on sale we actually got more for our money. Directions were useless but figured out the build with a little common sense. after a few days all of a sudden it powered up but wouldn't move. finally realized the brake pads were sticking or touching when not braking which kills the motor because it thinks you are trying to stop. tweaked the brake pads a bit and were back on the road cruising.

I'm a 5ft female and with the seat at its lowest level it is still to tall for me, the bike is fine and seems to be made well. Would recommend for a taller person.

This bike didn't even last a month before it had major repairs I was unable to perform so buying a protection plan was a waste of money. My issue was never resolved or corrected.I would not suggest buying this crap as the support was terrible. I'll never make a major purchase again on walmart.com

power to the motor failed while riding it the first time. It is under factory warranty and I purchased the 3 year extended warranty. They are sending me a throttle to install myself because they THINK that is the problem. If not, they want me to pay a technician to identify the problem. NOT going to happen that way.

I purchased an E Bike and the bike doesn't work and the brake cable was broken. I sent 2 emails and not one response . Theirs been no response from Walmart or the supplier I spent over 500 dollars for the bikes. I haven't been able to ride the bikes. And spending that kind of money at the very least should require a response. I want the bike replaced and or a full refund. Im going to contact the bank about protection if i dont receive a response. I've tried several times to get in contact. This is not professional at all . Please have someone respond to me.

The bike shuts off on it's own, even with a fully charged battery. Went to return it and they won't take it back at Walmart. Been trying to contact the seller and haven't been successful. This product is bad and Walmart takes no accountability.

The bike is great but the tires are worthless. I feel I should get money back. I have had 5 flats in the last 2 months. After ordering and changing out 5 inner tubes, I finally took the tires completely off the rim and found pieces of metal inside both tires. And I continue to have flats. I just ordered new tires and rims. I feel like this was why the bike was sooo cheap. It cost me another $150. Buyer Beware!! Unhappy biker. A
